We have throughout the whole process, from idea to finished product, had close conversations with kindergarten teachers, physiotherapists etc to ensure that all of our products are meningful and fulfill a need. Off course the products have been painted with coulors free of toxic substances.

Prices for residents in the European Union
Prices apply which are displayed on the webpage at the time of ordering. All prices at Martall AB are gross prices including Swedish VAT, which is generally 25%, or you can choose to show prices ex VAT. The total price includes the price for the products and possibly shipping fees. The total price is visible at the checkout-page before confirming the order, as soon as you have chosen your country of destination.
Prices for residents outside the European Union
You pay applicable import taxes and customs fee according to your country’s policy when your order is delivered. You may also be charged an administrative fee by the shipping company.

Martall AB uses several payment options. We accept by credit cards, such as MasterCard, VISA and EuroCard. We also offer payment by invoice.
Refusal of transaction
To be eligible to purchase products from us on this website and form a contract you must:
- Be at least eighteen years of age
- Register using your real name, phone number, E-mail address and payment details
- Provide a shipping address that is not a PO box or Post restante.
- Use a valid credit/debit card that is acceptable to our bank partner
- We cannot charge your credit card for some reason.
- If we are unable to deliver for reasons out of our control or that we do not have the product(s) in stock.

Martall AB uses UPS courier service.
Return policy
Complaints
Please contact our customer service at info@martall.eu if you have any problems such as damages or, in any way, incorrect orders. If returning any product, after agreed with our customer service representative, use the original package, include a description of the damage and return to:Martall AB

Returning a product
Martall AB comply with the Swedish Konsumentköplagen, and the European Union E-commerce directive which means that you can, in a period of 14 days, return a product if you are not completely satisfied. When returning a product it must be in unchanged condition. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning a product. Contact info@martall.eu for further instructions before returning the products. The price of the products, shipping costs deducted, will be refunded within 20 days from the day that the product is delivered to Martall AB. If you use your right to return a product, the shipping costs, custom and handlings fees will be paid by you. The conditions in this contract shall be governed by and construed with the laws of Sweden and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
